How to book your stay?
1.Please inquire as to the availability of our accomodation by calling us on our telephone contact number or via the online form below.
2. Upon booking completion, it is mandatory to pay a nonrefundable advance payment into a bank account specified below, no later than 7 days from the date of the booking confirmation.
3. The amount of the advance-payment is equivalent to the fee for the first night.
4. If the guest fails to appear on the date specified in the booking, the reservation is autmatically cancelled.
If you are planning to visit us in the summer season, it is advisable to book your stay in advance, as the months of July, August and September are the height of the hiking season in the Tatras, and, consequently, the demand for our accommodation is also at its highest then. Three months of an advance is usually perfectly enough to secure a booking of the most satisfactory accommodation option. The same applies to the period around the New Year, the long May weekend and Corpus Christi holiday. Throught the rest of the year the demand is considerably lower. However, we encourage you always to book in advance. In case of a shortage of beds, we offer substitute accommodation solutions, priced at 20 PLN per person – such places are not subject to booking in advance.
